This potato masher spaetzle maker has 2 interchangeable plates - one perforated with tiny 1/16 inch holes - and the other with 1/8 inch holes. It is perfect for making gnocchi dumplings, mashed potatoes, passatelli, or spaetzle. The plate with the larger holes also works nicely in pressing tomatoes for a sauce. The ricer has long, smoothly finished handles and is comfortable to hold even when gripped tightly. Made of a sturdy die-cast aluminum, the potato ricer is 10.25 inches long and 3.5 inches tall. Made in Italy.
